Mercure Hotel München City Center

One of the two most central of Mercure's eight Munich establishments (as of 2024), in a purpose-built 167-room structure from 1986, last renovated in 2017 and consistent with the qualities associated with this mid-range category of the French-owned Accor hotel brand. There's a slight lilac/purple aspect to the decor (as per Mercure's former logo) and this particular hotel is unique among Mercures in that it specialises in gin, with more than 40 on offer and including scheduled evening gin tasting sessions. Located a 100m walk from the Hauptbahnhof (Central Station), and within easy reach of many things of gay appeal. This 4-star hotel has no fitness centre but has a partnership with local outlet of the gym chain body + soul (Sonnenstraße 9). AKA Mercure Hotel Muenchen City Center.
