Munich Pride is more commonly known as Cristopher Street Day or simply CSD Müchen. This celebration takes place in June. CSD München is a multi-day event with dozens of activities and parties taking place all over the city.
The final Saturday is the day of the PolitParade which centers around New Town Hall and is followed by a grand City Center Street Festival that lasts for two days. Munich's Pride is one of the largest in Southern Germany, with over 200,000 people coming out for the festivities.
