Built in 1972 for the Munich Summer Olympics, this 484-room Hilton upgraded itself in 2012 with complete renovation. Similar in size to its more centrally located sibling in Au-Haidhausen, this Hilton, located adjacent to the lovely Englischer Garten, would take 45 minutes to crawl home from after a gay night out in the Glockenbachviertel. U-Bahn: Gieselastraße, then a five-minute walk.
